An Introduction to Casio PAW1200 Watch

The Pathfinder PAW1200/PAW1200T series of watches is beautifully designed for the gadget enthusiasts,rolex classic watches, especially for those gadget enthusiasts who also favor the outdoors. It was never be shown in public until the 2006 at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. The watch is regarded as a “highly versatile timepiece”,tag heuer slr watches, recognized as a leader in timekeeping accuracy.

The “T” in PAW1200T presumably refers to the titanium band.

Atomic Time

At the heart of the PAW1200/PAW1200T is Casio’s trademarked Waveceptor technology (also sometimes called “Wave Ceptor”, even Casio themselves use both terms). This allows the watch to synchronise itself automatically with the official time signals sent out by radio from central locations (the user must manually set the time zone). This is known as atomic time.

Waveceptor can also automatically adjust for the beginnng and end of daylight saving time (DST).

The PAW1200 series watch has, of course, all the usual stuff you’d expect from a Casio digital quartz watch: stopwatch, alarms, world time, etc. What makes this watch something special is the array of advanced features aimed at the watch buyer who loves the great outdoors. PA1200-1V black resin, MSRP $300

PA1200-3V green resin, MSRP $300

The titanium (1200T) and black resin versions will originally be available in the US through JC Penney while the green resin version will be sold through “select retailers”.
